A Designated EB5 Regional Center
A NW Oregon Regional Center is in development to be designated as (Digital Force, Inc.) a regional center under the U.S. immigrant investor program. The proposed regional center will subscribe to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service's (USCIS) Immigrant Investor Pilot Program under Section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
A Regional Center is not merely a defined geographic area but rather is a business entity that coordinates foreign investment within that area in compliance with the EB-5 statutory, regulatory and precedent decision framework.
Advantages Of a Regional Center
Those seeking an EB-5 investor visa enjoy several advantages by applying through the Regional Center.
If you were to apply for an EB-5 investor visa independently, you would most likely have to invest at least $1 million. By applying through the Regional Center, the minimum investment is only $500,000 in our designated TEA regions.
All of our projects located in NW Oregon are in diverse and growing regions. We focus upon investments in media and technology sector development that are vital to the local economy.
Project Slate
The D-Force RC, will build a portfolio of vested opportunities using a variety of financial vehicles to mitigate risk, insure exit strategies, balance portfolio engagements and strengthen investment ROI. Financial strategies include cash financing, bridge capital, gap funding, last-in first-out positions, development, production, post and finishing funds, distribution secured agreements and back-end film financing.
Digital F.O.R.C.E, Inc. was formed by principals of Gotham Metro Studios Inc. and Gotham4 with the specific purpose of developing and producing short and feature length films in Oregon.

Job Creation Through The Regional Center
All job created through our center's projects will be indirect jobs based on spending and use of the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis issued by RIMS II final-demand employment multipliers.
This job creation method has been approved by USCIS and is the used in the underwriting criteria for Digital Force’s Regional Center's designation application.
Direct v. Indirect Jobs
Direct jobs are actual identifiable jobs for qualified employees located within the commercial enterprise into which the EB-5 investor has directly invested his or her capital.
Indirect jobs are those jobs shown to have been created collaterally or as a result of capital invested in a commercial enterprise affiliated with a regional center by an EB-5 investor.
The number of indirect jobs created through an EB-5 investor’s capital investment is based upon a business plan and a detailed economic analysis, which is evaluated and approved by USCIS during the approval and designation of a regional center for participation the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
