A friend wanted to explore the conversion of a building into a blues club before he made an offer on the property. I created this quick visual for him to share with the remodelers. It overlooked a marina, and so a water-theme I felt was appropriate. I took photos and measurements of the building, and imagined this club concept with a catchy logo and a brightly lit blue drop high atop a pole for boats to see from afar.
